Rather surprised to see my property located at 30 Eramosa Road on the 'priority' list, and reading about it in the news is perhaps not the best way to learn of this. Why hasn't the City or heritage committee communicated directly with property owners and advised due process? If this property is so valuable for heritage purposes what incentives are being offered to the property owners to want to adopt a heritage designation, let's throw a 15% annual tax reduction on our property tax bill to make this more appealing for property owners, or is that not in the City's best interests? The reality is that this property is now at its highest and best use as we have thoroughly renovated and maintain the property. I will be contacting the City to learn how this property was recently identified only now, since its been there since the late 1800's.

Fantastic...now let's make sure Fusion has the support from the City to get residential homes built ASAP...now is the time for City staff and Council to let Fusion put something together to have a significant impact.
