A Guelph male who has never had a driver’s licence was arrested Wednesday after officers saw him driving.
Guelph Police Service officers were on patrol in the area of Wellington Street West and Fife Road about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday when they saw the male driving a motor vehicle. Officers knew the male to be unlicensed and pulled him over. As well, he is a prohibited driver as a result of a previous impaired driving conviction.
A 36-year-old Guelph male is charged with operation while prohibited, driving while under suspension and breach probation. He will appear in a Guelph court Sept. 21.
