Police kept busy with break and enters over the holidays

In one incident, the culprits fled and abandoned everything taken after officers arrived on scene

On Dec. 24, 2017, the Guelph Police went to a residential building on Woodlawn Road to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered sometime overnight and stole change from laundry machines. Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to contact Cst M. O’Connell at 519-824-1212 at ext. 7126.

On Dec. 24, 2017, Guelph Police went to a residence on Waterloo Avenue to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered at approximately 11:36 p.m. Police were immediately alerted to this break and enter. The culprit(s) fled and abandoned everything taken close to the residence. Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to contact Cst D. Gould at 519-824-1212 at ext. 7056.

On Dec. 24, 2017, the Guelph Police went to a residence on Crimea Street to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered a garage sometime overnight and stole a television. Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to contact Cst K. Kerfoot at 519-824-1212 at ext. 7295.

On Dec. 26, 2017, the Guelph Police went to a residence on University Avenue to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered the residence sometime overnight and stole a computer and gaming system. Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to contact Cst T. Van Iersel at 519-824-1212 at ext. 7557.
