On Aug. 31, 2017 at approximately 12:30 a.m., two groups of adult males were involved in a physical altercation in the parking lot located at 261 Woodlawn Rd. W. in Guelph.

As one group was leaving the area in their vehicle, (it is alleged) an unknown male from the second group discharged one round from a firearm striking the vehicle occupied by the other group.

The male who (allegedly) discharged the firearm left the scene accompanied by a second male in a grey or silver Jeep Cherokee, last seen west bound on Woodlawn Road West.

The male suspect who discharged the firearm is described as a black male, 5’11” to 6’ tall with a short afro and had a tattoo of a crown on his throat. He was wearing dark clothing at the time.

He was accompanied by a second male, black, tall wearing grey hoody with the hood up.

No injuries were suffered as a result of this incident.
