On Sept. 21, 2019, at 9:26 a.m., Guelph Police arrested a man for assault.
This man was later released from bail court at 2:45 p.m. with conditions.
At 4:29 p.m., Guelph Police found this man on Woodlawn Road, he was breaching a condition that he had just been released on and was subsequently arrested.
The 41-year-old man from Quebec has been charged with breach of recognizance. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
