The Guelph Police Service would like to make the public aware of an ongoing technical issue affecting our administrative phone line.
As always, please call 911 if you are experiencing an incident that is:
-an emergency
-in progress
-an immediate danger to your yourself or someone else
If you are not in an emergency situation and no person or property is in immediate danger, please call 519-824-1212 extension 7999. Please do not attempt to use extension 0, as that extension is currently experiencing a technical issue.
Please also consider completing a report online by visiting www.guelphpolice.ca and clicking “Online Reporting” in the “Quick Links” section.
And please remember that you can always attend to the front desk of the Guelph Police Service station located at 15 Wyndham Street South to speak with an officer and make a report in person.
An update will be released once the technical issue with our administrative phone line has been resolved.
