In a recent Guelph Police investigation, a Guelph resident lost $4,300 when they responded to a voicemail from someone claiming to be from CRA. That person advised that if they did not call back they would be in trouble.

On July 8, 2016 at 10:52 p.m., the Guelph Police went to the Guelph General Hospital to assist with an intoxicated male and female causing issues. The 19-year-old Scarborough female was arrested for public intoxication.

On July 8, 2016 at 1:18 a.m., the Guelph Police went to a motel located on Woodlawn Road to investigate the report of a female screaming in one of the rooms.
