Break and enter On June 4, 2016, the Guelph Police investigated a break and enter at a Fountain Street residence. The break in occurred sometime overnight on June 3, entry was gained through a kitchen window.

Man sprayed in face with unknown substance On June 3, 2016 at 12:30 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the Willow Road area to investigate an assault complaint.

Arrest downtown On June 1, 2016 at 1:08 p.m., the Guelph Police were in the downtown area observing for drug activity and saw a male on Wyndham Street North, known to be wanted on outstanding criminal charges.

On May 26, 2016 at 6:01 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a Westwood Road apartment to investigate the report that a male displayed a knife during a verbal altercation with another male. Police located the responsible male and he was arrested.

Man attempts to escape from custody On May 25, 2016 at 3:30 p.m., a male brought before the court for a bail hearing at 36 Wyndham Street South jumped out of the prisoner’s box, pushed an O.P.P. Special Constable and ran from the room.

Robbery On May 25, 2016, the Guelph Police were called to the 7/11 on Eramosa Road for a reported robbery. At 3:50 a.m., two males came into the store and brandished a weapon, demanding cash from the employee.

Robbery – two arrested On May 22, 2016 the Guelph Police investigated a reported robbery. It is alleged that at 2:32 a.m., two suspects entered the Esso gas station on Woodlawn Road West with their faces concealed.
